The idea behind writing this book is to provide a manual / guide for both old and new participants. It was written to help readers be more intentional about their relationship with food; as regards food prepping, food preparation , food processing, food consumption and food excretion.

It is important to understand that food is for healing, nutrition and then satisfaction. We should eat to fuel our bodies instead of filling our bellies. This book teaches 21 practical and easy ways of doing so.
