About Course

We are spirit beings having temporary human experiences, meaning we all have a physical expiration date. The day when we stop “breathing”; is the day when the body frees the spirit to roam, rest or return.

However, before this grand event, life as we know it happens. We are here and we breath, but really what does that mean?

Our body is our physical representation on earth while our spirit represents our over all presence in the universe. Furthermore the connection between our bodies and our spirit can be found within the opening within us.

What and Where are these Openings?
The opening are our 5 organs that ignite our 5 senses. There are the eyes, the nose, the ears, the mouth and skin. Through these organs we receive and transmit energy to and from the universe.

We see with our eyes but beyond seeing it is purposeful to observe, we smell with our noses but beyond smelling it is powerful to perceive. We hear with our ears but beyond hearing it is imperative to listen. We taste with out mouth but beyond tasting it is nurturing to experience and finally we touch with our skin but beyond touching it is exciting to connect.

However because of our daily hustle and bustle most of us underuse our 5 senses. This leads to us merely existing instead of fully experiencing what life has to offer.

Meditation  🧘‍♀️ is  the pathway to heighten this experience. It is the process of using the most powerful of our senses which is the sense of smell and ability to breath to control and direct the other 4 senses. It is connection of the spirit with the body using the 5 senses which is also know as the  mind.

It is what we will learn on this course.
