Physical exercise is simply the practice of proper breathing, aligned posture and constant movement. Mastering these 3 tasks aids the performance of our internal organs; while simultaneously showcasing visible eye catching results on our physical body.
WHAT IS THE BALANCE(S) EXERCISE?
The Balance exercise as the name implies is a full body follow along exercise program that provides short and easy exercise videos for all the body parts including breath work exercises.

These exercises are aimed at strengthening different muscle groups in the body. This course promises to teach all participants how to physically stay balanced , hence the name “BALANCE(S)”.
