About Course

Physical exercise is simply the practice of proper breathing, aligned posture and constant movement. Mastering these 3 tasks aids the performance of our internal organs; while simultaneously showcasing visible eye catching results on our physical body.

The human body has over 600 muscles that help us with our breathing ,posture and movement .  Hence the aim of this course is to teach the proper technique used to help perform daily exercises with ease.

 

A total of 28 follow along videos have been provided for registered participants to practice. These videos have been broken down into different muscle groups called BALANCE(S). 

 

WHAT IS THE BALANCE(S) EXERCISE?

The Balance exercise as the name implies is a full body follow along exercise program that provides short and easy exercise videos for all the body parts including breath work exercises.

These exercises are aimed at strengthening different muscle groups in the body. This course promises to teach all participants how to physically stay balanced , hence the name “BALANCE(S)”.
