About Course

This course is about food and how we consume it. According to my definition; food is for healing, nutrition and then satisfaction but unfortunately a larger percentage of us eat just for satisfaction. We eat to fill our bellies instead of fuelling our bodies. We eat to satisfy our emotions and also engage and entertain in social circles.

While these reasons are inevitable wants, they are not the reason why the body needs food. Hence this course redefines what food is and what it is not. It teaches the importance and the practicality of detoxing. It educates and guides participants in practicing intermittent fasting. It reaffirms the importance of water and sends reminders on how and when it should be consumed. It gives all participants access to informational videos  and articles pertaining to food. Offers all registered participants a free copy of my book ” 6 Easy Ways to Lose Weight”. It also gives a participant  options to  purchase my other E- book  called 21 Myths and Truth about Food.
All these offerings are provided by an experienced coach within a community of  other like  minded participants.
WHAT EVERY PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED TO DO
  • There will be a 3 day detox, followed by 18 days of intermittent fasting. A total of 16 hours of fasting with an 8 hour window to eat. Suggested eating hours would be between 10am- 6pm, 11pm – 7pm and 12 pm – 8pm respectively.
  • Participants will not be given a meal plan but, you will be provided with a meal guide with substitutes for their not so healthy foods.😁
  • Participants are required to record and report all that you eat between these hours in your personal journal. You will also need to record all your daily activities in your journal and share these daily with your fellow participants in the group.
  • All members will also have access to a guide that provides tips, tricks and trial to aid your new healthy eating habits.
