My story

About the Coach
My name is Olu Abimbola Banjo; yes, you read that right “Banjo”, but no, I ain’t no musical instrument. Contrary to your expected assumption, I am a health and wellness coach who has zero talent with playing any instrument, rather I constantly play with the idea of looking and feeling half my age.

How you may ask? By staying conscious of WHAT I THINKWHAT I EAT & HOW I MOVE.

Over the years, I have successfully mastered the art of answering these questions successfully and based on my success, I have developed a comprehensive 21-day challenge for interested clients to follow. The success rate of this challenge has been pleasantly alarming, as the various testimonials stand as proof/evidence.

One of my favorite quotes is that “I know enough to know I don’t know much”. As such, I am on a quest to know more, so I spend time learning all about holistic health and wellness, writing my experiences and observations about life, watching documentaries on a vast range of topics, meeting and interviewing people from all works of life and travelling both locally and internationally before “King Covid” decided to disturb the world peace.

I sure hope that this brief description of myself and what I do insights enough curiosity in you to either join the challenge or at the least follow my page. Thanks, and I hope to see more of you.

Oh, how could I forget this life-changing story.

Feb 9th 1990, I had a terrible car accident. I was hit by a car motioning at high speed. My life flashed before my eyes. I knew it wasn’t over because I rose immediately from the impact of a great fall. I walked away with a dislocated shoulder and a sprained arm, back and shoulder. The pain persists today. Doctors recommended 50/50 corrective surgery. I opted to practice yoga for wellness. 33 years later, I get paid for teaching yoga. The accident was the fall I needed to rise.
