3 Tips that Help Men’s Sexual Performance

Yes, you read the headline right and no I am not a sex therapist, I have just been practicing this holistic wellness approach long enough to have experienced  somethings that I deem beneficial to share.

Sex just like food satisfies an emotion and if we know anything about emotions, we know that they are controlled by the breath.

How you may ask? Try holding your breath in while simultaneously smiling; how uneasy was that? Still in doubt? Try yawning while maintaining  a frown.  I am sure you get the gist now.

The act of having sex is a physical emotion just like smiling and frowning. All emotions are controlled by the power of the breath. There is a breath pattern the body follows in order to express emotions. Sex is not any different. Below are 3 ways men can enhance their sexual performance.

1) SHORTER AND FASTER BREATHS

it is understandable that excitement for men  during sex  something leads to poor performance in the bedroom. One way to tackle this issue is the disrupt your breathing pattern. When the body is excited your breathing pattern is faster, if you speed up the breathing pattern even more  by taking shorter and faster breathing it confuses the body and kicks the mind out of excitement. Taking shorter and faster breaths  in and out through your nose/ mouth sends less oxygen to your brain and in turn reduces an already overly excitement person.

2) DRINK MORE WATER

The adult body consist of about 70% water, without  the right about of water the body becomes dehydrated. Your  skin becomes wrinkly, your lips become dry, your palms and toes become pale and the male organ shrinks. Just to name a few of the disadvantages.

When you drink enough water the reverse is the case. The male private part lengthens and grows in width. Although this is temporary, taking advantage of this during sexual intercourse heightens the pleasure and makes the overall experience enjoyable for both parties.

3) INCREASE YOUR HIP & LOWER BACK EXERCISES.

Exercise as we know it is the body’s natural medicine. It strengthens, stretches and sensitivities our entire muscles, hence understanding how to workout effectively is key.

The truth is the body has over 600 muscles, but most  of use are only familiar with a few muscle groups. We concentrated on  the visible parts while ignoring others.

For example exercising the inner thighs, the lower, middle and upper back, the glutes, the hip flexors and the entire core strengths the male organ. Similar to how we can build biceps, triceps and chest we can build the muscles around the male organ.

The effect of this is better blood flow, longer erection time, short breaks between rounds and of course more confidence.  To have a different experience, try this the next time you get busy.
